First day of practice was September 14th, 2009

Friday practices will run from 5:30-7pm for ALL LEVELS at the Freeport Junior High Pool.

Dryland practices will start 9/28 and will run from 5:00 - 5:30pm for DEV, TAG, and SAG.

In the event that there is a home meet for the high school team, FAST will practice from 6:30 - 8:00pm for DEV, TAG, and SAG levels.  We will not be able to get into the pool until ALL of the high school swimmers have exited the water.
